As operators of the website www.heli-guides.com we are responsible for the personal data of the user ("you") of this website within the meaning of the applicable data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In the following we inform you clearly in the context of our duty to inform (Art. 13 ff. GDPR) about which data is processed during your visit of our website and on what legal basis this is done. 3. Processing of your personal data

SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection in your browser's address line when it changes from "http://" to "https://" and the lock icon is displayed in your browser's address bar. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.

Informational use of our website

As soon as you visit our website, so-called log files are processed by our system automatically. The following log files are processed automatically:

  • Type, language and version of the Internet browser used
  • Operating system and its version
  • Accessed pages
  • Date and time of the visit
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Access status / HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Referrer
  • Internet service provider of the user

The log files contain your IP address, but it is shortened before saving. Therefore an assignment to you is not possible and your data will not be stored together with other personal data. The legal basis for the processing of data for anonymisation purposes is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

4. Contact by e-mail / contact form / guest registration sheet

(1) Contact by e-mail

You have the possibility to contact us by e-mail. Your personal data transmitted in the e-mail will be stored by us. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will only be processed in order to process your contact. The legal basis for processing your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If your e-mail is intended to conclude a contract with us, the additional legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to info@heli-guides.com.

(2) Contact form / guest registration sheet

Should you send us questions via the contact form or the guest registration sheet we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission. We process the data you enter only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time. We will retain the data you provide until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains.

5. Newsletter

On our website we offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter free of charge. In addition to your declaration of consent, we need your e-mail address. By sending the newsletter registration you agree to the processing of your data by us. The legal basis for sending the newsletter is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR with regard to your e-mail address and Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with regard to further data provided voluntarily. We use a double opt-in procedure: we will not send you the newsletter until you confirm your registration by clicking on the appropriate link in a confirmation e-mail.

In addition, we store the time of transmission of your data and your IP address within the scope of your newsletter registration to guarantee the security of our systems and to counteract misuse (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Your data will not be passed on to third parties and will only be processed in connection with the dispatch of newsletters.

Facebook advertising

This website uses cookies, web beacons and similar technology of Facebook to track and receive information and to use this for providing advertising targeted on certain customer groups. 7. Registration on our website

When registering for use of our personalised services, some of your personal data will be collected, such as your name, address, contact and communication data. Registered users have access to content and services we only offer to registered users, and have the option to change or delete the data provided at any time. The data is processed based on the consent provided by the user (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

8. Google Ads

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking by Google LLC. If you access our website via an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie will be placed on your computer. The information obtained with the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). These cookies become invalid after 30 days.

9. Google Remarketing

This website uses the Remarketing feature of Google LLC to display ads relevant to interests of website visitors within the Google advertising network. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can deactivate this feature via support.google.com/adwordspolicy or via networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.

10. Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA by Google LLC to prevent auto-filling of forms (spam). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. By using reCAPTCHA, data are transmitted to Google which uses them to determine whether the person filling in the form is human or an automated technology. 11. Facebook Pixel

This website uses the Facebook Pixel by Facebook Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland) for the analysis and optimisation of advertisements. Logged-in Facebook users can manage their ad settings at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

12. Icon links to social networks

On our website we use small icons that refer to our pages on platforms of third parties (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and similar). These are simple hyperlinks: no data from you is transferred automatically, only when you click on the icons.

13. Other third-party content included on our website

YouTube

We integrate videos from Google LLC ("YouTube") for the purpose of the appealing design of our website. We use the advanced privacy mode so that information about you is only shared with YouTube when you activate the video by clicking the play button. Further info: policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Web Fonts

  • Right to information of recipients – we will inform all recipients of any correction, deletion or restriction.

  • Right of objection – at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) lit. e or lit. f GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation, and at any time against direct marketing.
