A unique experience
An authentic paradise and rural oasis nestled at the foot of Monte Rosa, the Gressoney Valley fascinates for its natural beauty and the architectural heritage of the Walser culture, as well as the Savoy Castle, where Queen Margaret used to find peace and refuge. Loved by tourists who want to immerse in nature, in winter as well as in summer; this valley offers a unique mix of relaxation, culture and food and wine experience. In winter, the Monterosa Ski Area spreads across three different valleys, between two different regions of the Alps. Summer is the home to hikers, mountain bikers and ebike lovers, mountaineering, yoga, golf and many other outdoor activities.
What will you see ?
Scenic helicopter flights in the Gressoney Valley represent a bow to Monte Rosa and the beauty that surrounds it. You’ll fly close by the imponent peaks of the massif, from the Gnifetti top, on to the Pyramide Vincent to then reach the Christ of the Peaks and admire the Black Horn, the Punta Parrot, and finally the famous Capanna Regina Margherita. The Monte Rosa tour is topped by the view of its highest peak, Punta Dufour. But emotions do not end here. An exclusive flight combines the Tour of Monte Rosa with a flyover of the Matterhorn, to enjoy the magic of a close meeting with the Gran Becca (Matterhorn), with a unique look at the adjacent valleys of Zermatt and Cervinia. It is up to you to choose how long this magic should last!
